Open for Practice

Sports Force Parks on the Mississippi will reopen for practice only, per the proclamations outlined by the State of Mississippi and City of Vicksburg following the CDC Guidelines and the Preventative Measures Plan. The park will reopen for practices only, no competitive games, from Monday, May 18 through Friday, May 22. Reservations will be limited to no more than 20 persons at any one field. Individuals should follow social distancing guidelines while at the park, by maintaining separation of a minimum of six feet between each person.

All practices will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis using the current field reservation link found by clicking here. Once your team's request is confirmed, the team must meet the rules and expectations of the reservation. The local use schedule can be adjusted at anytime to accommodate the guidance as outlined by the State of Mississippi and the City of Vicksburg.

Reservations
  • Time slots can ONLY be reserved via the current local use reservation system
  • Teams MUST have a reservation to enter the park, no walk ups
  • 1:45 time slot reservation
  • Teams CAN NOT show up until 5 minutes before a reservation
  • Teams MUST leave no more than 5 minutes after a reservation
  • Each team will be allowed only 1 local use time slot per week if available
  • Teams can pay to come earlier for a second time during the week
  • If there are unfilled slots a team may practice for a second time
Local Use Time Slots
  • Monday - Friday (May 18 - May 22)
  • Time Slot #1 | 3:30 PM - 5:15 PM (uses 1st base dugout)
  • Time Slot #2 | 5:30 PM - 7:15 PM (uses 3rd base dugout)
  • No fee for usage during Local Use time slots
  • First-come, first-served availability for all reservations
Other Time Slots (outside of local use hours)
Fields & Batting Cages
  • Monday - Friday (May 18 - May 22)
  • Time slots available between 10 AM and 3 PM
  • Paid reservations (price varies depending on area requested)
  • First-come, first-served availability for all reservations
